Target Audience

Nuclear medicine physicists, physicians, pharmacists, technologists and residents/students. 

At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
  • 1. Discuss protocol considerations for FDG imaging of Vasculitis/Arteritis/Atherosclerosis
    2. Read and report an FDG-PET study in a patient referred for a suspicion of vasculitis
    3. Describe the different characteristics of the vascular FDG signal observed on PET in vasculitis and atherosclerosis

Continuing Education Credit Information

To receive CE credit, learners must achieve a score of 80% on the post-course assessment and complete the evaluation. Learners will have no more than 3 attempts to successfully complete the post-test. This activity must be completed by the expiration date listed above.
