Target Audience

Nuclear medicine physicists, physicians, pharmacists, technologists and residents/students. 

At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
  • - Gain insight into the field of AI in current non-medical and medical applications
  • - Gain insight into the field of deep learning as an important and emerging subset of the field of AI
  • - Discuss motivations for extraction of patterns of heterogeneity in uptake of radiopharmaceuticals
  • - Describe existing AI applications in industry software
  • - List multiple pitfalls and challenges in AI applications
  • - Explain how (and how much) AI has the potential to contribute towards realization of precision medicine

Continuing Education Credit Information

To receive CE credit, learners must achieve a score of 80% on the post-course assessment and complete the evaluation. Learners will have no more than 3 attempts to successfully complete the post-test. This activity must be completed by the expiration date listed above.
