Target Audience

This 90-minute (approximately) course contains information of value to physicians in nuclear medicine, radiology, and oncology; nuclear medicine technologists, and any professionals in the nuclear medicine and related fields.

Objectives

At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
1. Express how and when to use somatostatin receptor imaging agents to manage neuroendocrine tumor patients
2. Demonstrate how to read SSTR PET agent studies, including the avoidance of pitfalls. 
3. Assess which NET patients may be eligible for PRRT (peptide receptor radio therapy)
