Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
  1. Outline the current treatment standards in Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) 
  2. Describe new targeted therapies in advanced HCC. 
  3. Understand the role of local therapy, namely SIRT (selective internal radiation therapy), and local therapy plus systemic therapy for HCC. 
  4. Understand the principles of therapeutic effect, treatment approach, patient selection, and adverse effects of SIRT.
